We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results through active planning and implementation of initiatives to grow market share and category for the assigned category portfolio.
A day in the life of...
Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer & customer engagement funnel for her/his category
Develops and updates consumer and/or customer portrait, understands OOH environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers
Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand.
Manages 60/40+ and NPPT basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services related to her/his brand
What will make you successful
4 years of experience and strong functional skill in consumer and/or brand marketing
Brand Marketing experience with success record in building brands based on consumer insights
