The position is within the Finance department of ALD Sweden. Part of #2 leader in car full service leasing ALD Automotive (subsidiary of Société Générale, listed on Paris Stock Exchange and member of the SBF120 index), ALD Sweden is the market leader of Full Service Leasing in Sweden thanks to a dynamic team of 120 people.
Overall Area of Responsibility - Value creation through comprehensive financial analyses
Update and improvement of various business & financial performance reports or presentations to the local & internation management team;
Contribute to the preparation and presentation of the yearly budget and business review;
Creation and update of dashboards to monitor business performance (on Excel or Power-BI) promoting sustainable value creation within the organisation;
Ad-hoc financial analysis or presentation requested by local management or Société Générale or ALD International.
Support the Finance Team for specific needs during the month-end closing (fleet report, IFRS9, etc.)
Contribute to the preparation of the yearly financial budget and its presentation (business review)
Monitor our business performance and analyse discrepancies vs. budget
Produce various business & financial performance reports and presentations for Local / Regional / International management team • Create or improve dashboards reports on various financial, operational and business KPIs
Control bonus accruals and provisions:
Supplier volume bonuses accruals
Customer volume bonus provision
Profit sharing provision (UCS and eventually maintenance)
Perform various reconciliation exercises, e.g. between local back-office and the holding’s data warehouse or on local balance sheet accounts
Realise any ad-hoc financial analyses or presentation upon request from local management
Support Business Controller and Financial & Pricing analyst on various analyses
Master degree graduate from a Business School or University (IAE) with a specialization in Finance or Audit
A previous experience in Management Control, FP&A, Transaction Service or Audit would be appreciated
Structure mindset with high capacity of analysing, finding solutions and formalise recommendations
Attention to details
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Power-BI or SQL Server is a big plus
Fluency in English (both written and oral), some knowledge of Swedish would be a plus
The VIE assignment in a nutshell This VIE in Sweden is to begin in Q2 2021 and you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months with 12 additional months of extension possible. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. We would like to draw your attention to the fact there that your VIE mission could potentially get postponed, depending on the evolution of the health crisis and subjects to the decision made by the Crisis and Support Centre of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). In addition, the selected candidate will only be paid upon confirmation from Business France and arrival in the country of assignment.
