We are seeking a co-op to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

1.  Gather and analyze data from ERP system.

2.  Run and download SAP reports into Excel based on Standard Job instructions.

3.   Create adhoc reports using excel.

4.  Update charts and graphs in Excel

5. Track and expedite manufacturing orders through the factory

6. Assist with Lean activities to improve efficiency of existing processes

7. Develop processes to track and forecast inventory levels using data from SAP and BI

8.  Automate processes using GUI Scripts and excel macros

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed 2 years of College in a Business, Supply Chain or Engineering related major.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (charts, graphs, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc).
  • Familiar with the use of Microsoft Power point Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to also work and collaborate with others
