Your potential tasks will include: one-on-one updates with managers, managing the vacancies, postings of the job on various channels, CV screenings, candidate interviews, drafting of the employment contracts, to name a few. Don’t worry if these tasks sound unfamiliar to you; your TA lead will guide you through this process and support you throughout your internship.
You will also act as the HR point of contact for your fellow interns, for multiple aspects throughout their internship, such as onboarding, evaluation interviews, and organization of formal and fun events specifically for interns. You will actively contribute to the development of all our interns, and will be responsible for the creation of the group dynamic of the intern group. Therefore, this role will bring out the best leadership skills in you (which you already have, but did not know).
