Evaluation is responsible for working with our over 35 brands, marketing,
and scientists to design studies, collect feedback, and make important
conclusions regarding our products using the latest instruments, methodologies,
and techniques. We value the development of products that consumers find
innovative, reliable, and sustainable. Whether it’s a product from one of our
luxury brands, our professional products, or our consumer brands, we provide
rigorous testing to ensure our consumers are getting the safest and highest quality
products and experiences.

What you’ll Do:
As a member of our Product
Performance Evaluation teams, you have a key role to play in the development of
our products. Your responsibilities may include the following:
Track multiple projects with varying
complexity and priority
Make appropriate testing
recommendations for products based on project objectives and resources
Design, execute, analyze, and communicate
on studies to key stakeholders and business partners
Evaluate products, their application
and their performance on volunteers through short and long-term studies
Develop working relationships with
cross-functional teams, labs, and international colleagues to ensure breadth
and depth of product studies
Manage daily laboratory and
evaluation center operations and work spaces
Maintain awareness of trends in the
beauty market, as well as in the literature/field
