with Lauriane from the Active Cosmetic Marketing Department. They talk about
launch of a raw shampoo and its sustainable packaging. At the end of this meeting,
Aines joins his team for a call with the plant in Vichy in order to find a
solution to adapt another launch to the existing production lines.

Several internships are available
in Development, within one of our 4 divisions and on a technological axis
(care, perfume, haircare, make-up, color ...) either on project teams.
These are some
missions you might have to achieve:
Contribute to the development of new products and in
the renovations of the existing ones
Contribute to the development of new decorations
Work in coordination with Marketing teams, formulation
labs, Packaging teams, Purchasing, Factories and many more actors
Think differently and know how to innovate to bring a
strong added value in the product’s conception
Insure the respect of the definition, the cost, the
timing and of the environmental impact
Lead cross-functional projects (analysis of the value,
optimization of operational processes and the graphic chain…)

What is the
recruitment process like?
Our recruitment process has two steps:
HR interview: an exploratory call / skype
meeting with one of our recruiters to get to know you better and understand
what you are looking for.

Do you propose job
at the end of an internship?
We take our interns and apprentices very seriously. So
yes, it is our ultimate goal! In average, each year, former interns and
apprentices fulfill 70% of our junior job needs. A very large number of our
current employees at all levels have come through this type of experience.
I do not know
anything about cosmetics: do I stand a chance?
Less than one-third of our interns have had previous
experiences in the beauty industry. Being sensitive to cosmetics is indeed an
asset. However, we give more credit to other essential qualities such as
entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the ability to question and dare.
