As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with our clients to help align talent and organizational strategies with broader client objectives.

Work You’ll Do
This Consultant / Senior Consultant identifies efficiencies to enhance organizational performance through innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This Consultant / Senior Consultant also designs and develops integrated HR and talent management strategies, helping clients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization and digital enablement. This Consultant / Senior Consultant should have excellent communication skills, demonstrable problem solving skills, and the ability to learn and apply business-related concepts. We are currently recruiting Consultants / Senior Consultants whose skills and interests align with the following areas:

• Human Capital Strategy
o This Consultant / Senior Consultant identifies efficiencies to enhance organizational performance through innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This Consultant / Senior Consultant also designs and develops integrated HR & talent management strategies, helping clients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization and digital enablement.
o Required qualification: current enrollment, or obtained a degree, in an MBA program


• HC Tech & Transformation
o This Consultant / Senior Consultant helps clients optimize the value of their investments in HR technology through the selection, design, and implementation of HR solutions and digital applications. This Consultant / Senior Consultant also builds HR technology blueprints and roadmaps that set clients on a clear path to success.
o Required qualification: current enrollment, or obtained a degree, in an MBA program


* Analytics

o This Consultant / Senior Consultant leverages disparate data to design cutting-edge analytics platforms to help clients identify trends and make informed business decisions. This Consultant / Senior Consultant also advises clients on data management and business analytics to enable continuous and sustained value creation.

o Required qualifications:

* Current enrollment, or obtained a degree, in a full-time MBA, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science advanced degree program

* A Bachelor’s degree in the following or related area(s): Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Math/Statistics

Required Qualifications
• Current enrollment, or obtained a degree, in an MBA program
• Strong academic track record (recommended minimum GPA of 3.5 & 650 GMAT; or GRE equivalent)
• Two or more years’ experience
• Experience applying research and demonstrating analytical thinking
• Ability to travel 80-100%
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
