Together with our other delivery centers around the world, we provide development and sustainment services for our clients, both pre- and post-implementation. Here you’ll get the chance to work on projects that will build on your technical and business skills, support organizations undergoing large-scale transformation, and help our clients achieve a higher level of service and business value.

Work you’ll do
As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through technology solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets and work profiles, as detailed below. As part of the application process, you will provide preferences for your top choices.

• Analytics:
o Design systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise to leverage the power of data
o Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to help develop as well as test data integrations, data management, business intelligence, big data analytics, cognitive computing, data science and robotics related technology solutions
o Preferred skillsets: Prior internship or experience with business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing, visualization or with specific ETL tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Informatica, Qlikview, Python/R, Hadoop distributions, robotics, and statistical modeling tools)

• Enterprise Technology Transformation
o Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and automation phases of ERP solutions like Oracle ERP, SAP, and other Cloud based ERP packages
o Configure ERP solution, construct transition plans, and help maintain clients’ applications and technology infrastructure
o Build new business processes around finance, supply chain, Enterprise IT and other key functions
o Tackle clients’ organizational strategy, financial management, supply management, innovation, and growth issues and help to enhance their business performance, productivity, and long-term profitability
o Preferred skillsets: Exposure to business processes and how Oracle ERP or SAP ERP technologies support business functions, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings, SAP TERP10 certification is preferred

• Solutions Engineering
o Play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software
o Configure, build and test Robotics Process Automation solutions supporting automation of workflows, troubleshooting, requirement design and estimation, and implementing solutions
o Code entirely new custom software applications, or use ‘off the shelf’ software, requiring analysts to modify and integrate it into an existing system to meet business needs
o Develop templates, scripts or programming in a cloud environment
o Preferred skillsets: Knowledge of software development principles and hands-on programming experience through coursework or internships (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Salesforce, HTML, JavaScript, and robotic tools). Comfort and ability to accurately build and test code with tools like Junit, Apache JMeter, and SQL scripts

Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex challenges. We work with clients and help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them enhance their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance. • Bachelor’s in these or related areas of study:
o Technology and Science: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, IT Operations/Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Science
o Business: Accounting, Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, Statistics, Supply Chain
o Engineering: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering
o Arts / Liberal Arts: Graphic design, Digital Communications Design, Public Administration, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Political Science
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time; travel varies based on project assignment requirements
